"Alright then, no reason to keep you waiting~"

She brings you over to the sofa, and pulls you in for a deep kiss. Her lips feel rather cold, although not uncomfortably so.

"Breathe for me."

You can't help but follow her command. Deep breaths, slowly, in and out. It's quite relaxing, enough to make you almost forget what this is supposed to be for in the first place.

"Good, good…"

Your breath feels heavy and hot. With every breath you feel a deeper connection to her, that you truly belong to her. It doesn't feel bad, though.

If anything… it feels good.

It feels right.

Deep breaths.

In, and out.

It feels like you space out for a moment. When you come back to awareness, you're sitting next to her. Your head doesn't hurt anymore. Everything feels… a bit warmer? Wait, no, you're just a bit colder now. She smiles at you.

"See? Told you it wouldn't hurt."

She leans up next to you, and her touch doesn't feel cold anymore. Maybe you're just the same temperature as her now. You can't help but look at her tail, how big and fluffy i— since when did she have two?

"Oh! I never mentioned that part, did I…"

Well, it's not any weirder than anything else you were told this morning. Eating someone's spirit makes the fox grow an extra tail, totally makes sense.

She rolls her eyes at you. "Come on, let me show you something."

She leads you into the bathroom, if only so you can look in the mirror. You look pretty pale, and your eyes have changed to the same deep blue of hers. Aside from that, though, you look about the same.

"You should be able to have some basic shapeshifting ability now, actually. Not anything major, but you could easily have some cute ears and a tail like mine, if you'd want. You just have to… think about it."

Sure enough, upon giving it a thought, two fluffy fox ears pop right out of the top of your head. You make sure to lower your pants a bit before trying the same with a tail, and it sprouts just the same. Big, soft, and fluffy. You can't help but wag it slightly.

"Since your form is still corporeal, you're stuck to keeping the same general shape and layout. And, well… be smart with how you do this. You don't want to get caught now, do you? Nobody said you can't have a little fun, though. Just make it look like a costume!"

Your stomach growls. You still haven't eaten anything! She giggles at you.

"Oh, yeah… Guess it's time to actually eat breakfast!"

Sounds like a good idea.
